With over 15 years of experience, I provide footcare, manual therapy, massage, and sports performance services. I offer a convenient and flexible mobile service - travelling to your home, office, or sports club within the Cambridge area.

I provide tension release massage for feet and legs​ in the Cambridge area. Appointments are available for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Prices start at £60.

Whether you play sport professionally or just for fun, the work starts from how you already move, not from a standard model.

It draws on insoles, hands-on manual work, taping, postural reference points and motor preferences.

Manual Therapy
Manual therapy draws on the manual training I completed in France in 2018. I am not registered with the General Osteopathic Council and do not practise as an osteopath in the UK.
​
It is slow, low-intensity hands-on work on muscular tension, from the head down. Nothing is forced. People often describe a general sense of release.
​
Appointments are available in the Cambridge area from £80.
Custom Insoles
Custom insoles usually mean waiting: an impression taken, sent to a laboratory, two or three weeks, then a fitting.
​
Mine are made during the appointment. I look at how you stand and walk, take the impression, build the insoles and fit them into your own shoes. You walk on them while I'm still there, and I adjust on the spot. About an hour, start to finish.

About Benoit
I trained in France, qualifying in podiatric care in Paris in 2009, in manual therapy in 2018, and as a Foot Health Practitioner in 2022. Fifteen years of practice.
​
Much of my work concerns running and sporting movement: understanding how someone organises themselves to move, and making that movement more economical. I was part of the development team for an instrumented running shoe, have worked with the French Golf Federation and at the Paris marathons, and have taught at the university where I trained.
​
Alongside my mobile service in Cambridge, I practise at Cabinet Défense Santé in La Défense, Paris, one week each month.
​
I am not registered with the HCPC or the General Osteopathic Council, and I do not practise as a podiatrist, chiropodist or osteopath in the United Kingdom.
