Manual Therapy
Manual Therapy draws on the osteopathic approach I trained in. I qualified in osteopathy in France in 2018, and I am not registered with the General Osteopathic Council, so I do not practise as an osteopath in the UK. I provide full-body manual therapy for muscular tension and pain relief in the affected areas.

Custom insoles are key for good foot and ankle alignment, which can reduce strain on muscles and ligaments, prevent excessive rolling of your foot, and stabilise your gait.

I fit your custom orthopaedic insoles during a one-hour appointment, taking an impression of your foot and assessing how you walk. Insoles are made to your measurements and adjusted at a follow-up appointment if needed.

About Benoit
I graduated as a French Podiatrist in Paris in 2009 and perform all aspects of routine foot care, including helping diabetic clients. I qualified in osteopathy in France in 2018 and as a Foot Health Practitioner in 2022.
​
One of my specialisms is helping people improve running technique and preventing injury. To accomplish this, I use orthotics, manual therapies, and taping - plus posture and motor preferences. I was part of the development team for the design and manufacture of a running sensor shoe.
​
I am affiliated with the French Golf Federation and the Paris Half and Full Marathons where I assist with development and injury prevention. I also lectured at the Parisian University from which I graduated.
​
Alongside my mobile service in Cambridge, I practise at Cabinet Défense Santé in La Défense, Paris, travelling there monthly.
