Custom insoles, made and fitted the same day
Custom insoles usually mean waiting. Impressions taken, sent away, two or three weeks, then a fitting - and if they need adjusting, more waiting.

Mine are made during the appointment.

I look at how you stand and walk, take the impression, build the insoles, and fit them into your own shoes. You walk on them while I'm still there, and I adjust on the spot based on what you tell me. About an hour, start to finish.

That last part is the real difference. Adjustment happens with you present and the insoles on your feet - not from notes sent to a workshop.
