Routine foot care covers the ordinary maintenance that keeps walking easy: nail cutting and care, hard skin, thickened or awkward nails, general upkeep. For anyone who finds reaching their own feet difficult, a regular visit makes a real difference to day-to-day comfort.

Every session starts by looking at the whole foot - how it sits, how it moves, the state of the skin. I'll tell you what I see and what's worth keeping an eye on.

If anything I notice looks like it needs a doctor or a registered healthcare professional, I'll say so and I won't treat it.
